I had the pleasure to meet Fatine ten years ago when I lived in Paris and attended the second year of bachelor at Paris VII. We have kept in touch over the years and what I have always admired in Fatine is her tenacity to strive for success in her professional as well as in her private life. Fatine has always been a big source of inspiration: she is not afraid of engaging in new challenges and whenever she ‘sails off’ to new professional adventures, she makes sure to think carefully of all details, without leaving anything to chance. One of Fatine’s greatest strength is to be capable of capturing the ‘bigger picture’ under all circumstances, which makes her accomplish all her long-term goals. During a difficult time in my professional life, Fatine helped me to find my way. After my graduation as a PhD student, I wanted to take a big turn in my career pathway to start pursuing my dreams. Thanks to her counselling method and continuous support, I was able to dive into myself and think about my entire life journey at different levels (family, work, affections, etc). Through this process and under her professional guidance, I could eventually grasp what are my strengths and weaknesses; surprisingly enough, she also taught me how to mitigate the latter and turn them to my advantage. Fatine proved herself to be a great mentor and mental coach with excellent people’s skills. I would recommend to look for her professional support to all professionals who wish boosting their self-confidence and are willing to start achieving their dream goals.
